Massage Therapy
The Family Birth Center of Naples is now offering massage therapy with Cheryl Bernardi (MA 66409).
Prenatal massage benefits pregnant women by reducing discomforts such as back pain, swelling, headaches, general muscle soreness, and aches and pains, etc.
The cost is $65 for 1 hour.

The FBC midwife really enjoys her once-a-month massages with Cheryl. She specializes in massage for pregnant women, and although I’m not having prenatal massage, I know she has the ability to help relax and keep my pregnant mommas comfortable. Cheryl knows pregnancy well….she also teaches prenatal yoga, she is a doula, and she teaches our breast feeding classes.
